Since it was launched in 1989 in Germany, in Berlin, EuroTriade has developed expertise in Human Resources Consulting in Germany for foreign decision-makers, and especially for the French companies.
The first customers had to face, as a result of some takeovers in Germany, all the questions raised by the difference in policy and practice in terms of Human Resource management between these 2 countries, not to mention the language and cultural barriers: a recruitment plan of 70 production workers in Bavaria for a leader in the automotive industry, while simultaneously changing the local management and reaching an agreement with the Board of Directors of the factory; this was the specification of our first project.
This customer stayed with us for the last 20 years in our partner countries in which EuroTriade has grown: France, Romania, India, Morocco and Spain.
EuroTriade has become a centre of Franco-German knowledge experts in issues in recruiting, coaching, HR strategy and operations with high social risk: takeovers, restructurings, cross-cultural growth.
