Individual Coaching

Companies' environment is moving continuously, locally and worldwide. Hence, companies are continuously moving too.It can be difficult for the employees to adapt to these moves.

Coaching is often used when an employee takes on a new position and/or to help the employee to sort out priorities, to manage stressing situations, to position himself in a different way vis a vis of his/her team or of his/her management. To make it short, to change his/her behaviour positively.

Having set the objective with the employee, the coach accompanies he/she in helping him/her to adapt to his/her new environment. Then, the employee may activate his/her creativity as well as all his/her personal/professional capabilities. He/she develops by himself/herself his/her resources on the long range and use his/her creativity when working.

The employee's objective being to become autonomous, the duration of the coaching is limited.

The coach listens to the employee and, drawing upon the employee's strong capabilities, help him/her to develop his/her hidden resources.

A relationship of confidence is developed between the two players and the employee feels free to talk in a neutral space of free speech.

Coaches are SF and ICF certified and work in compliance with the deontology rules.The coaches are, in any case, supervised.
